  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • Cooking oil for frying

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice vermicelli in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
